Welcome!  My name is Leigh Ann Howard and I am so excited to be your student’s fourth grade teacher.  I will be teaching Reading, Writing and Social Studies.  My partner teacher is Mrs. Cox.  She will be teaching Math and Science.  This is my fourth year teaching and my second year at Chico Elementary School.  

I have a BBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.  I am currently working on my Master's of Education in Educational Administration through Lamar University.  I hold Texas teaching certificates in EC-6 Generalist, EC-12 Special Education and EC-12 ESL Supplemental.

  


I have a wonderful family.  My husband is a high school math teacher and I have a son who is in Kindergarten this year.
